Civil ( Concrete) Superintendent

The Craft Superintendentwill be competent in the following areas in order to perform his/her role in a safe, high quality and productive (SQP) manner. The Craft Superintendent oversees profitable installation of project work by directing co-workers and interfacing and coordinating with other trades. Responsible for safety, planning, cost and productivity, while perpetuating an SQP culture.

High School Diploma and 5 years' related experience and/or training

Line and Grade experience

Foreman experience

May require appropriate craft certifications

Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business and technical documents, cost reports, legal and regulatory documents and plans, drawings, specifications, and scope of work

Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers and regulatory agencies

Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of field management, craftsmen and customers
