Position: Civil & Commercial Litigation Solicitor

PQE: 3–5 years

Location: Flexible Surrey, South East london, Bromley Kent

Salary: Circa £60,000–£70,000 (depending on experience and location)

The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a mid-level Civil and Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a dynamic and growing practice. This is a flexible role with a diverse caseload, including general civil and commercial disputes. Experience in employment litigation is a plus but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and progress a varied civil and commercial litigation caseload.
• Provide strategic advice to clients and represent them in legal proceedings.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents and correspondence.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers to deliver high-quality client service.

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified solicitor with 3–5 years PQE in civil and commercial litigation.
• Employment litigation experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Confident client-facing skills and ability to manage cases independently.
• Flexible regarding office location; Bromley is for more senior applicants.
