Job Opening: Civil Engineer – Land Development Sub Division & Infrastructure (EIT Track)

Position Overview:

Location: Las Vegas NV.

 Employment Type: Full-Time

We are currently seeking a dedicated and driven Civil Engineer with at least two years of professional

experience in land development, subdivisions, and infrastructure design to join our team. This role is an

excellent opportunity for someone working toward becoming an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) under the

mentorship of a licensed Senior Civil Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Support planning and design for residential and commercial subdivision projects

·         Assist with grading, drainage, utility layouts, and roadway infrastructure

·         Prepare construction documents, reports, and permit applications

·         Coordinate with surveyors, planners, utility providers, and regulatory agencies

·         Conduct site visits and provide field support as needed

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline

·         Minimum 2 years of relevant engineering experience in land development or infrastructure

·         Actively pursuing or interested in obtaining EIT certification

·         Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design software

·         Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a team environment
