Position Title: Associate Attorney - Civil Litigation
Location: Prescott, Arizona
Hybrid/In-Office/Remote (In-office presence during training required).
Employment Type: Full-Time | Exempt

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Litigation Attorney with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, team player, and strong communicator with a proven track record in legal research, case strategy, litigation, client representation, and courtroom advocacy. They are comfortable managing a full caseload, working collaboratively, and delivering high-quality service to clients while upholding firm values and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality, ethical, and compassionate legal representation to clients
- Conduct in-depth research and apply findings strategically to support client matters
- Advocate on behalf of clients in court hearings and other legal proceedings
- Collaborate with colleagues, including senior attorneys and support staff, to ensure comprehensive client service and continuous development
- Manage deadlines and tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and professionalism
- Participate in internal meetings, case reviews, and firm development initiatives as appropriate
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience practicing law, with a strong background in Civil Litigation
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing with the Arizona Bar
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills, with the ability to produce thoughtful and persuasive legal documents
- Strong courtroom and advocacy experience, with confidence in representing clients in various legal settings
- Comfortable working collaboratively with attorneys and staff while also taking initiative and ownership over your work
- Familiarity with Mac/Apple products, legal practice management software, Google Suite, Adobe, and Microsoft applications
