Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers on project designs, from conceptual planning to final documentation.

• Create comprehensive design documentation for site layout, grading, utilities, stormwater management, erosion/sediment control, roadways, and water resources.

• Provide technical support to engineering and administrative staff, ensuring project accuracy and compliance with company and client standards.

• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D 2023 to create and manipulate 3D surfaces with a high degree of precision.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in land development.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D 2023 is required.

• Proven experience in creating and manipulating 3D surfaces, corridors, and pipe networks using Civil 3D.

• Strong project management, client relations, and design skills.

• Detail-oriented with excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Engineering-In-Training (EIT) certification are a plus.
