Civil 3D CAD Technician

Texas. You’ll have the option to call either our Enid or Oklahoma City office as your home base.
This position supports scientists, engineers, and designers by producing accurate civil engineering
drawings and plan sets using AutoCAD Civil 3D. You’ll work with a collaborative team that values
precision, communication, and accountability.

• Draft site plans, grading plans, utilities, and details from engineer or designer redlines.
• Maintain drawing accuracy, layer standards, and file organization.
• Update and revise drawings as projects develop.
• Coordinate with engineers, survey staff, and project managers to meet deadlines.
• Assist with quantity takeoffs and basic plan checks.
• Draft proposals and reports for clients.
• Check the technical accuracy of plan production work.
• Takes pride in delivering quality work with attention to detail.
• Communicates clearly and builds trust across teams.
• Works well under direction while continuing to learn and grow.
• Shares knowledge and strives to become a talented designer.
Our Team of Engineers and Scientists are looking for a new team member that possesses the
following skills:
• Minimum three (3) months of drafting experience or training in AutoDesk / AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Willingness to learn how to create civil engineering site plans, surfaces, and grading layouts.
• Interest in building skills in alignments, profiles, corridors, cross-section templates, pipe networks,
and labeling.
• Ability to review historical projects and re-create them with updated client data.
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S., able to pass background checks, and willing to complete a
drug screen if required.
