We're looking for an Engineering Leader to drive process development and maintenance activities on the shopfloor, ensuring operational excellence and reliability. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to lead improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency while progressing toward senior engineering leadership.

Description
Key responsibilities:
Design, develop, and optimize fabrication processes to improve SQCD performance.
Lead shopfloor layout changes and implement Lean improvements.
Develop SOPs, work instructions, and training programs.
Specify and manage new equipment requirements and CAPEX projects.
Introduce automation to reduce errors and labor costs.
Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with HSE standards.
Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for process non-conformances.
Collect and analyze process data to support decision-making.
Collaborate cross-functionally on trials, process changes, and operator training.
Profile
A successful candidate should have:
Degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
3-5 years' experience in high-mix, low-volume or batch manufacturing.
Proficient in CAD design and documentation.
Hands-on experience with PPM, installations, and fault diagnosis across mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
Exposure to Lean, Kaizen, TPM, or similar methodologies.
Strong initiative, reliability, and ambition to grow into senior leadership.Job Offer
