CHP Project Manager \n\nLocation: Northwest England\nSalary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Generous car/allowance (OTE: £70K+)\nWork Setup: Office-based, hybrid working after probation\nBenefits: 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, \n\nAbout the Role: \n\nInnotech Partners are recruiting for a leading company in the Power and renewable energy sector to hire a CHP Project Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically skilled and adaptable professional to manage full turnkey CHP projects from ordering through installation, commissioning, and handover. The successful candidate will be based in Northwest England, with regular site visits.\n\nKey Responsibilities: \n\nManage full lifecycle of CHP projects including ordering, installation, client liaison, commissioning, and handover\nCoordinate with suppliers, engineers, designers, manufacturers, and aftercare teams\nOversee installation of various generator types, including own products plus Jenbacher, MTU, and others (20KW- 2.5MW)\nEnsure smooth project delivery across multiple sites\nOccasionally travel and stay overnight for site visits or client meetings\nMaintain high standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction \n\nCandidate Requirements: \n\nBackground in mechanical or electrical engineering \nExperienced within the standby generator sector (20KW- 2.5MW)\nStrong technical skills and experience managing turnkey projects\nOpen-minded, willing to learn, and hands-on approach-no "that's not my job" attitude\nExperience liaising with clients, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams\nPLC knowledge is a plus but not essential\nAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and adapt to changing project requirements\nComfortable with occasional travel and overnight stays \n\nWhy Join?
