CFO Mission & Impact
As Brewtopia’s founding CFO, you will:
· Lead the financial strategy that fuels our $500M growth engine
· Shape capital allocation and create structures that balance speed with sustainability
· Build the systems, controls, and team to handle 100+ sites in multiple markets
· Be the CEO’s strategic partner on growth, capital raising, and scaling decisions
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
· Design and manage capital deployment plans for 30+ new sites per year
· Build multi-year forecasting and ROI models tied to the 100-stand goal
· Optimize equity, debt, and creative financing across sites and portfolio
· Establish scalable systems for accounting, budgeting, treasury, and reporting
· Create real-time dashboards for CapEx, cash flow, and unit performance
· Partner with Real Estate & Development on underwriting and financial approvals
· Oversee construction draws, GC payments, and CapEx control at scale
· Develop models to drive lease vs. own decisions
· Lead a lean, high-impact finance team (analyst, controller, AP/AR)
· Manage investor and lender storytelling as we scale
What We’re Looking For
· 7–15 years of financial leadership experience in QSR, multi-unit retail, franchise ops, or real estate development
· Expertise in capital deployment, real estate finance, and scaling cash flow
· Proven ability to build financial systems for growth
· Entrepreneurial, risk-taking mindset — not just reporting, but building
· Ability to move between strategy and hands-on execution
· Flexible, hybrid, willing to travel into core markets as needed
Total Rewards Package
· Base Salary: $225,000 – $250,000
· Performance Bonus: Up to 40%, tied to growth, capital deployment, and infrastructure milestones
· Equity/Phantom Equity/GP Carry: Tailored long-term incentives for the right candidate
