Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience & shift)
Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift. (Must be able to work any shift)

Job Overview:

We are actively hiring for Chemical Production Operators for a well-known chemical manufacturing facility located in Greensboro, NC. This position involves working in a gritty, industrial environment, both indoors and outdoors, and requires PPE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot chemical processing equipment
• Measure, weigh, and mix raw materials per batch specifications
• Maintain accurate production records and quality checks
• Clean and maintain production areas and equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.

Work Environment:

• Industrial, gritty, and physically demanding
• Exposure to indoor and outdoor elements for a fit test.
• Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a respirator fit test.
• Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor industrial environments
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, climb stairs/ladders, and stand for long periods
• Open availability for all shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd) as needed
• Previous chemical or manufacturing experience
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must pass a drug screen and background check
