In this hands-on role, you'll support the production and repair of critical aerospace components by preparing materials, operating equipment, and ensuring all work meets strict quality and safety requirements. Our teams manufacture and repair critical aerospace components used throughout the global aviation industry.Shift: Primarily Monday-Friday (schedule flexibility required; days and hours may vary based on business needs, including weekends) | 10:00 PM- 6:30 AM Shift Differential: $2-$4/hour based on assigned workdays Sign-On Bonus: $500What You'll Do:Operate equipment and support chemical processing operationsPrepare and mix materials according to process requirementsModify and process parts to meet production specificationsInspect work using measuring and inspection toolsFollow production procedures, quality standards, and process controlsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaSupport Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiativesFollow all environmental, health, safety, and quality requirementsAssist with other production-related tasks as neededWhat We're Looking For:High school diploma or GED preferredManufacturing, chemical processing, metalworking, or production experience preferredAbility to read and follow written and verbal instructionsComfortable using measuring tools and production equipmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityReliable, safety-focused, and team-orientedAbility to work independently and in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentThis position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs. This may include work during evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Additional work hours are assigned based on business requirements. Non-exempt employees will be paid overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions.
