Title:- Chemical Operator

Location:- Cleveland OH-44125

Duration:- 12 Months Contract

Pay Rate:- $20/hr. on W2 without benefits

Shift: Hours M-F 6am-4:30pm

Note: CHEMICAL HANDLING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Job Description: Must have Attention to detail, ability to work well with a team, willing to learn, previous warehouse or production experience. Nice to have Chemical handling experience past lead or quality control experience

responsibilities include:
Unloads procured materials from delivery vehicles, inspects materials for quality defects, and labels materials with system generated labels
Manually portions chemicals (e.g., amino acids) into containers precisely following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and batch record instructions
Samples products for Quality Control (QC) testing
Cleans and labels finished good containers
Loads delivery vehicles with pallets of finished goods using an electric walk behind tow motor
Completes required documentation (e.g., batch records, logbooks, forms, etc.) following Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and using ALCOA (accurate, legible, contemporaneous, original, attributable) principles
Performs SAP transactions as required
Manages inventory of cleaning supplies, personal protective equipment (PPE), and utensils
Responsible for following general personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements as established by company policy
Demonstrates professional working behavior when working with all staff and visitors.
Follow trained requirement to IPEC GMP/ISO9001/14001/45001 Management Systems, if appropriate
Seeks guidance from Supervisor as needed to ensure the above

Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds unassisted & move more than 50 pounds with assistance
