External applicants must be eligible to work in the US.Your RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-focused individual to join our team in a hands-on manufacturing environment. This role is centered on operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting production equipment while supporting efficient manufacturing operations in a fast-paced industrial setting. Responsibilities include setting up and adjusting automated and mechanical equipment, safely moving raw materials throughout the production process, and ensuring equipment is operating at peak performance. This position involves setting up mechanical equipment, handling web and chemical materials.The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing or production environment and be comfortable operating automated equipment, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Additional responsibilities include performing in-process quality checks, monitoring production performance, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and maintaining compliance with all safety, quality, and operational procedures. This position also requires maintaining an organized work area and collaborating with the production team to maximize equipment uptime, product quality, and overall manufacturing efficiency.B Shift position 2PM- 10PMPhysical AttributesLift up to 50 lbs.Stand/bend/twist for an 8-hour shiftWho You AreMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED2+ years of manufacturing operator experienceKnowledge of EH&S, ISO, cGMP, and other manufacturing regulatory requirementsPreferred QualificationsStrong understanding and application of basic math skillsFamiliarity with Microsoft Excel and WordComputer hardware/software experienceExperience handling chemicalsAdaptability and willingness to learn multiple operations and tasksExcellent verbal and written communicate skillsWork well independently while also being a positive contributor to a strong, cohesive teamPay Range for this position: $23.00-$36.00 per hourThe offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses.
