Superior is currently seeking an Chemical Blender - Compounding for our Indianapolis, IN location.

This is a Monday through Friday position with working hours from 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate pumps and hoses to transfer products in and out of pails, drums, totes, tankers, and bulk storage tanks
• Follow detailed blend instructions and chemical recipes
• Collect product samples and deliver to the lab for quality testing
• Label, store, and prepare finished products for shipment
• Safely operate a forklift and assist with staging, loading, and unloading materials
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
• Use proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times
• Support cross-training in other production, inventory, or maintenance tasks

What You Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one)
• Strong attention to safety and quality
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and blend sheets
• Clear communication skills – verbal and written
• Team-oriented mindset with the flexibility to assist in other areas

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and move up to 55 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Comfortable working in environments with moving equipment, chemicals, and varying weather conditions
• Good vision, depth perception, and ability to smell (as needed for product monitoring)
