Chartered Structural Engineer\n\nLondon\n\n£60k-£65k plus benefits\n\nAre you a Chartered Structural Engineer looking for a great opportunity with an up-and-coming firm?\n\nOur client is a growing structural and civil engineering consultancy delivering high-quality engineering solutions across the residential and commercial sectors. Their work spans private homes through to mid and high-rise buildings to £5M+.\n\nAs part of their continued growth, they are expanding their technical team to meet the evolving demands of the Building Safety Act, with a particular focus on High-Risk Buildings.\n\nTo deliver this requirement they are seeking a Chartered structural engineer at senior level.\n\nAbout you:\n\nStrong experience designing mid and high-rise buildings in a variety of materials\nFully chartered with a strong track record inspecting and assessing existing buildings\nMotivated by technical excellence and meaningful reporting\nAble to have a strong influence within ambitious team\nStrong technical skills across concrete, steel, masonry, and timber\nProficient in structural inspections, assessments, and report writing\nSelf-motivated and capable of working independently and remotely\nEffective communicator, able to represent the company professionally on site and with clients \n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nLead or contribute to structural reporting for HRBs under the Building Safety Act\nUndertake inspections and condition assessments of existing structures\nLiaise with clients, contractors, and design teams to gather information and deliver technical outputs \n\nYou will be offered flexible and hybrid working and part time (3-4 days/week) may be considered.\n\nIf you have the skills our client is seeking please send your CV to Graham Ventham to be considered for this great opportunity
