Job Description
Role - Chartered Landscape Architect\n\nLocation - Gloucestershire\n\nSalary £35 - £40K DOE\n\nExperienced Landscape Architect with a minimum of two years’ post-Chartership experience required for a studio in Gloucestershire. We are working with a multidisciplinary studio who are looking for a Chartered Landscape Architect on a flexible/hybrid working basis. Projects include Parks & Public Realm, Recreation & Tourism, Strategic Planning, Gardens & Estates, Care, Hospitality, Minerals & Waste and Urban Regeneration.\n\nCHARTERED LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT KEY REQUIREMENTS\n\n * A degree in Landscape Architecture\n\n * A Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI)\n\n * 2 years post CMLI experience\n\n * Strong IT skills, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign and SketchUp and graphic skills to enable a high quality of presentation\n\n * Good understanding of the planning process\n\n * Excellent graphic skills\n\n * Excellent hand drawing skills\n\n * A full UK driving licence\n\nADVANTAGEOUS\n\n * Experience in LVIA\n\n * Experience of BIM Level 2 and Revit and/or Vectorworks\n\n * Experience in delegation / line management\n\n * Experience in business development\n\n * GIS, Artisan, Keyscape\n\nON OFFER\n\n * A generous salary and benefits package\n\n * Flexible/Hybrid working\n\n * Voluntary workplace pension\n\n * A supportive working environment\n\n * Cycle to work scheme\n\n * 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)\n\n * Payment of professional fees\n\n * CPD programme\n\n * An equal opportunities employer\n\nThis practice know that mental wellbeing is one of the most valuable assets a business can have.
