Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAre you a detail-oriented worker who enjoys building things from scratch and takes pride in precision? We’re looking for a skilled Sheet Metal Fabricators / Assembly Techs to join a team that fabricates high-quality visual components used in custom commercial projects. As a Sheet Metal Fabricator / Assembly Techs, you'll be responsible for building custom parts from start to finish—ensuring every part meets quality standards and customer specifications. Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret production drawings to assemble channel letters accurately
• Fabricate and build products using hand tools, templates, and visual specs
• Safely move finished letters to the next department or workstation
• Log materials used and hours worked in the production tracking system
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace and follow all safety procedures
• Inspect your work to ensure it meets or exceeds quality standards
• Collaborate with your team to meet deadlines and production targets
• Perform additional assembly-related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of welding and/or fabrication experience
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing or electrical assembly
• Comfortable reading visual production drawings and using tape measures to precise fractions
• Familiar with common hand tools, fabrication materials, and shop safety protocols
• Self-directed, reliable, and detail-oriented—able to spot and correct quality issues
• Able to follow both verbal and written instructions in English
• Basic computer literacy (for entering materials, time, etc.)
• Must be comfortable working in a hot environment
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday
• 6 AM – 5 PM

Pay Rate:

• $18 - $22/Hourly
