A Lakewood Ranch apartment community is seeking a Certified Maintenance Technician to handle daily maintenance and unit turns. You’ll support the on‐site team in delivering a safe, well‐maintained community.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and complete basic electrical, plumbing, appliance, and carpentry repairs.
• Perform make‐ready work for vacant apartments, including repairs and painting.
• Assist with preventative maintenance to keep building systems functioning properly.
• Communicate effectively with and office staff about work orders and timelines.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of apartment or related maintenance experience and at least one relevant certification .
• Strong work ethic, ability to prioritize tasks, and a commitment to satisfaction.
