NCCCO Crane Operators

Genesis Staffing is currently seeking experienced and safety-focused NCCCO Certified Crane Operators to join our team for industrial and construction projects. Operators with NCCCO certifications are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Operate various types of cranes safely and efficiently on construction and industrial job sites
• Perform daily equipment inspections and ensure cranes are maintained in proper working condition
• Read and interpret load charts, lift plans, and site instructions
• Coordinate with riggers, signal persons, and supervisors during lifting operations
• Follow all OSHA, NCCCO, and company safety procedures
• Safely move, position, and place materials and equipment
• Assist with setup, teardown, and crane mobilization as needed
• Maintain accurate inspection and operational records
• Work in varying outdoor conditions and project environments

Qualifications

• Current NCCCO Certification(s) required
• All certifications welcome, including but not limited to:
• • TLL
  • TSS
  • LBC
  • LBT
  • Swing Cab
  • Fixed Cab
  • Rigger Levels I & II
  • Signal Person
• Previous industrial, commercial, or marine construction experience
• Ability to read load charts and understand crane capacities
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel if required
• TWIC Card and CDL are a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, climb, bend, and work in outdoor environments
• Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and shutdown schedules as needed
