What We’re Looking For:

• Certifications Required: HVAC/EPA/CPO certifications are a must.
• Experience in Apartment Maintenance: At least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience required; 2+ years .
• Reliable and Ready: A valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and availability to work flexible hours.
• Tech-Savvy: A smartphone to stay connected and efficient on the job.
• Hands-On Skills: Experience with plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and carpentry is essential.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proven experience and leadership abilities in apartment maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in multiple trades with required certifications already in hand.
