JR57382 Cell Development Engineer
As a cell Development Engineer your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Develop memory-array characterization techniques
Analyse electrical test results and drive improvements to cell performance and reliability.
Participate in the debug, design, simulation and implementation of circuit and process changes during the development of prototype memory products.
As part of the position you will work closely with the Design, Process Development, and Product Engineering teams et al.
Qualifications and Skills include, but not limited to:
MS or PHD in Electrical engineering, Material science, Chemical engineering or Physics required for this position
Knowledge of mainstream semiconductor memory technologies such as DRAM, NAND, NOR. Experience with alternative/emerging memory technologies is desired.
Broad knowledge and experience in semiconductor device physics and electronics circuits
Proficiency with electrical device data collection and analysis, DOE, and statistical techniques
Understanding of circuit operation and product architecture in semiconductor memory products
Experience in software and hardware for automatic measurements setup
Experience in data analysis with statistical tools and physical modelling
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong ability to work in team on complex matters
Demonstrated strong communication, organizational, and team building skills
Self-starter with strong work ethic
Fluent oral and written English
Above the average clarity in presenting data to broad audience
