Job Description

Are you passionate about advancing science that transforms lives? We are seeking a Cell Biologist with an opportunity to work on cutting-edge research and contribute to the discovery of novel therapeutic entities.

What You’ll Do

• Design and run in vitro translational assays to assess phenotypic outcomes aligned with target biology.
• Develop complex cell models using skeletal-relevant cells (osteoblasts, fibroblast-like synoviocytes, chondrocytes).
• Explore mechanisms of action through molecular and computational techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to progress therapeutic programs.
• Maintain accurate experimental documentation in electronic lab notebooks.

What We’re Looking For

• PhD or equivalent in cell biology or immunology (skeletal biology or immunology background ).
• Strong skills in primary human cell isolation and culture.
• Expertise in complex cell-based assays (96/384-well formats).
• Hands-on experience with flow cytometry.
• Familiarity with computational biology for transcriptomics, cytometry, or proteomics.
• Ability to design and execute experiments independently and communicate effectively across teams.
