Summary

We are seeking a Systems Integration Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing integrated systems that meet the needs of our diverse clients. Your expertise will contribute to the successful execution of projects that improve infrastructure and promote efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Review documentation provided by the interfaced project and provide summaries and feedback
• For any kind of (external) interface between the CBTC project:
• Serves as CBTC Liaison to the other interfaced project
• Define jointly with the other project the strategy to optimize the interface
• Prepare internally in CBTC project the possible strategies and the pros/cons
• Support interfaced project on dedicated topics
• Develop the interface specifications, functional interfaces (electrical, mechanical, network), performances, integrations test and validation strategy
• Monitor and manage design changes that impact CBTC

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in solution architecture and systems integration.
• 10 years of experience in CBTC lead engineering role
• Experience with systems contract packaging alternatives; assessing project risk and opportunities
• Ability to interface with senior managers and stakeholders and facilitate decision making
• System-level experience with rail transit systems including train control, traction power, communications, automatic train supervision systems
• Familiar with international and multicultural projects
