A.  Receiving & inspecting all fresh cattle daily.

B.  Oversee:

a.     Processing of Cattle

b.    Riding & Doctoring of Cattle

c.     Feeding Cattle

d.    Overall Health of Cattle

e.     Facility Maintenance

f.      Daily Reporting

g.    Following policy & procedures

C.  Sorting & Shipping of Cattle weekly
