Castle Technology Partners is looking for an enthusiastic technician to install cable, CCTV equipment , and telephony products to support IT services for our MSP customers as well as provide excellent customer service, (www.castletechnologypartners.com). On-the-job training provided as needed.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Follow blueprints of electrical layouts and building plans
• Create, document, and manage support & project tickets in a timely manner
• Respond to customers via phone, email, chat, and/or in person
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and solve basic technological issues
• Document customer specific data for future reference
• Escalate advanced technological issues to senior staff
• Assist with new installations and implementations
• Installation of cable, surveillance cameras, and IT systems

• ​Qualifications:
• Previous experience in telecommunications, IT or other related fields
• Familiarity with structured cabling
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Team Oriented
• Excellent Communication
• Clean Driving Record and Background Check
