NOW HIRING: Commercial Blind Installers & Finish Carpenters — Los Angeles

We are looking for skilled Commercial Blind Installers and Finish Carpenters to join our growing team serving commercial projects across Los Angeles and surrounding areas.

Immediate Work Available – Offices, Schools, Government Buildings, High-Rises, Retail, and Hospitality Projects

Duties Include:

• Measure, layout, and install commercial window blinds, shades, rollers, motorized systems, and privacy panels

• Read and interpret architectural blueprints and specifications

• Install brackets, tracks, headrails, and hardware to precise tolerances

• Fine finish carpentry: trim, casing, baseboards, crown molding, paneling, doors, and hardware

• Metal stud framing and light commercial wood framing

• Install blocking, backing, and support structures for blind systems

• Work on ladders, lifts, and scaffolds as needed for overhead and large window systems

• Collaborate with GC's, project managers, and other trades to meet schedule and quality standards

• Troubleshoot mechanical or alignment issues on motorized or manual blinds

• Perform minor drywall patching, surface prep, and touch-up related to blind installation

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in finish carpentry, commercial carpentry, or commercial blind installation

• Ability to work from plans and field measurements

• Comfortable working at heights and using hand and power tools

• Knowledge of commercial blind systems (Lutron, Mecho, Hunter Douglas, etc.) is a strong plus

• OSHA 10/30 a plus

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Ability to read blueprints, comprehend schematics, building plans, sketches, and other specifications
• Build Doors, Stairs, Window Frames, and Frame Buildings from ground up
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move moderately heavy objects
• Ability to ascend/descend ladders, and other experience on scissor lift, boom lift, forklift, and be comfortable with heights
• Floors, Roof, and Drywall experience
• Carve/Assemble Furniture, Cabinet and Shelves, and other items and install where directed and designated
• Excellent communication skills -- ability to interact well with all members of the team
• Possession of reliable transportation and basic hand tools
