As a Carpenter Apprentice, you'll assist carpenters and leads on the job site while learning the foundational skills of the trade. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Support carpenters in day-to-day tasks and anticipate their needs on-site
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsitesweeping, trash removal, and tool organization
• Courteously interact with clients, coworkers, and subcontractors
• Take initiative to improve your carpentry knowledge and skillset
• Follow all company safety protocols, using proper PPE and reporting unsafe conditions

Qualifications

• A genuine interest in carpentry and residential construction
• Reliability, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills
• Willingness to work outdoors and indoors in varying conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and handle physical tasks throughout the day
• Respect for others and a desire to contribute to a values-based team
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Salary and Benefits

• Full time position
• Competitive hourly range at $18 to $22, based on experience
