Location: Belper, Derbyshire (own transport essential due to location)
Pay: Up to £60,000 per annum + Bonus Opportunities
Hours: 39.5

What You'll Achieve Together

• Analyse business forecasts and operational trends to assess capacity needs.
• Develop and refine planning models to improve resource utilisation.
• Align capacity strategies with business goals across teams.
• Lead planning meetings and present KPIs to drive transparency.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Lead and develop the capacity planning team, fostering collaboration and excellence.

What Makes You Successful

• Degree or equivalent in business or related field (diverse backgrounds welcome).
• Strong experience in capacity planning, ideally in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methods (beneficial but not essential).
• Skilled in data analytics and forecasting, with ability to present insights clearly.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
