We are seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Hubspot knowledge a PLUS
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
• Bilingual a PLUS

Schedule: 

Rotating 

• Monday- Fri 12-8:30PM
• Tuesday - Friday 12-8:30PM & Sat 9-5:30

Total Compensation Range: 

$16 - $18 p/h plus Uncapped Commission.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability

• Eatontown, NJ: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work ()

Education:

• High school or equivalent ()

Experience:

• Call center: 1 year ()
• Customer service: 1 year ()
