CAD TECHNICIAN - GLOBAL LEADING ROOFING & WATERPROOFING MANUFACTURER - HYBRID WORKING/IPSWICH



Job Description



Exciting opportunity to join a global leading brand within the Flat Roofing product sector focusing on Waterproofing membranes, Singly Ply, Green roofing, Hot melt and Felts aligned for both New Build and Refurbishment projects. The company not only boasts excellent training, a strong name in the market but also the opportunity for both personal and career progression.



The Role



The role is to work with the clients range of systems in a technical capacity dealing with architectural drawings, thermal calculations, speaking to approved contractors and architects to help with technical issues, with a secondary focus of being the point of contact for any technical issues/questions that may arise throughout any live projects. Additional responsibility would also be to use design software in AutoCAD to put together detailed drawings and specifications for large commercial projects.



The Location



The position will be a mixture of home and office - based from Ipswich.



The Candidate



The client is looking to hear from candidates who have experience of construction projects or products and have worked in a technical position previously. The client will consider technical minded candidates with experience of AutoCAD or other design software's.
