Job Title: CAD Drafter & Production Specialist
Job Summary
Style Line Cabinetry is looking for a detail-oriented CAD Specialist to join our team full-time. This role is strictly a technical production position; you will be responsible for taking finalized custom kitchen concepts and converting them into precise shop drawings and CNC-ready files. This role does not include creative design responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Transform approved custom kitchen designs into detailed 2D and 3D shop drawings using Cabinet Vision.
- Produce accurate cut sheets, material lists, and hardware buy-sheets for the production floor.
- Optimize all digital data for CNC output (S2M/Nesting) and material efficiency.
- Manage and update Cabinet Vision libraries, including assemblies and User Created Standards (UCS).
- Coordinate with the shop foreman to resolve construction or fitment issues prior to production.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Primary Proficiency: Experience with Cabinet Vision (S2M/CNC integration ).
- Equivalent Software Experience: Candidates with strong production-level experience in the following will also be considered:

- Mozaik (CNC-ready design and manufacturing)
- Microvellum (AutoCAD-based specialized millwork)
- KCD Software (Cabinet and closet design to CNC)
- Cabinet Pro or eCabinet Systems
- Other related software
- General CAD: Familiarity with AutoCAD or Solidworks for technical drafting is a plus.
- Industry Experience: Deep understanding of the cabinetry and woodworking industry.
- Construction Knowledge: Expert knowledge of custom cabinetry joinery (dovetails, dados, etc.) and hardware systems from brands like Blum or Salice.
- Hands-on Background: Previous experience as a cabinet builder or installer is highly .
- Technical Accuracy: Strong ability to read architectural blueprints and convert field dimensions into buildable plans.
Compensation & Benefits
- Wage: Competitive and based on experience and technical knowledge.
- Overtime: Paid at Time and a Half (1.5x) for all hours worked beyond 40 per week. Offered but not forced
