Position Overview:

Fluid Motion Sales, Inc. is hiring a CNC Mill Programmer using Gibbs CAM software with drafting experience. Training will be provided to become proficient in SolidWorks files used in CAM and shop floor drawings. Responsibilities will include managing and updating post G code files and machinist drawings, as well as laying out machine order of operation for new designs, including set-up documentation and tool list for new programs. The candidate must be self sufficient, detail oriented, focused on programming new products from 3D models.  Daily task include updating date codes on existing programs and identifying tool crib needs to meet production deadlines. 

Our current shop floor has 7 machining centers, Mazak horizontal mill, Fadal vertical mills and Haas vertical mills.  These machines include a pallet changer for higher volume production of new manifolds from bar stock. 

Product Focus:

Precision machining hydraulic manifolds, integrated valve circuits from aluminum, and ductile iron.

Requirements:

Associates degree or Certification equivalent from a technical background. Two years experience using Gibbs CAM and SolidWorks or CAMworks. 

Additional Training may include: SolidWorks, Gibbs CAM, Drafting, and Microsoft Office Suite.
