CAD DRAFTER JOB POSTING

Well-established land surveying company located in the greater Seattle area is in need of a CAD drafter with a minimum of 2 full years drafting experience in land surveying and mapping with the following areas of expertise:

• ALTA/NSPS Title Surveys
• As-Builts
• Boundary Surveys
• Construction Staking
• Easement Descriptions
• Elevation Surveys
• Environmental Surveys
• Height Verification

• Legal Descriptions
• Monitoring Wells
• Monitoring
• Record of Surveys
• Settlement Monitoring
• Street Improvement Plan
• Topographic Surveys
• Utility Surveys

The majority of our focus is on Commercial, Municipal and Public, with some Residential.

We need someone with the experience and drive to hit the ground running who will be accountable for their projects and take pride in the work they present. The ideal candidate would also have Carlson and Civil 3D experience as well as field experience as a surveyor. 

Beyond the technical qualifications, you must work well individually and within a team. As we are a small company, reliability, efficiency and attention to detail are of the utmost importance.
