Want to be part of a growing company that values innovation, collaboration, and getting things right first time?\n\nThis is your chance to join an established engineering and fabrication business that’s delivering impactful projects - working with some of the UK’s most progressive infrastructure partners.\n\n What You’ll Be Doing:\n\n * \n\n Creating detailed 3D models and fabrication drawings using Tekla Structures\n\n * \n\n Producing accurate GA drawings, material lists and fabrication packs\n\n * \n\n Working closely with project teams, engineers and fabricators to bring designs to life\n\n * \n\n Making sure your work hits all the right notes with UK regulations and Eurocodes\n\n * \n\n Applying DfMA thinking to make off-site builds and on-site assembly smooth and efficient\n\n * \n\n Managing drawing revisions and keeping everything on track\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\nMust-Haves:\n• 2+ years' experience with Tekla Structures\n• Solid knowledge of structural steel detailing and fabrication\n• Familiarity with UK standards, including BS EN 1090\n• Proactive mindset, good communicator, and a keen eye for detail\n\nNice-to-Haves:\n• Experience with SolidWorks for bespoke components\n• Familiarity with Radan for sheet metal/CNC profiling\n• Understanding of DfMA\n\nWhat You’ll Get:\n\n * Competitive salary (based on experience)\n\n * 25 days holiday + bank holidays\n\n * Half day Friday's (4.5 day week)\n\n * Friendly, hands-on team that genuinely supports your development\n\n * A chance to work on meaningful, practical projects that go live across the UK\n\nSound like your kind of role?\n\nThis is a great opportunity to join a business where your input makes a real difference - not just on screen, but in steel.\n\nApply now
