With a strong reputation for innovation, quality, and service, they are proud to design and manufacture all products in-house from their site in Derbyshire.\n\nThey are looking for a talented and detail-oriented CAD Designer to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in using CAD (ideally Impact but any CAD experience is desirable) and passionate about turning client briefs into innovative, functional and visually engaging display solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDesign bespoke POS display stands from concept through to production using Impact CAD.\nInterpret client briefs and collaborate closely with sales, design and production teams to develop effective display solutions.\nProduce detailed CAD drawings, prototypes, and 3D visuals as needed.\nPrepare technical drawings and specifications for manufacture.\nContribute to design reviews and offer creative solutions to technical challenges.\nEnsure that all designs meet cost, quality, and lead-time requirements.\nSupport the transition of projects from design into production, liaising with the workshop and fabrication teams.Requirements:\n\nProven experience in a similar CAD Designer role within the POS, display, packaging, or shopfitting sectors.\nProficient in CAD (essential).\nStrong understanding of materials and manufacturing processes relevant to POS and display design.\nExcellent spatial awareness and a keen eye for detail.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.To apply for the role please send a copy of your CV
