Cable Installation Engineer

Role Definition

We are looking for a Cable Installation Engineer – Fiber Optics to support subsea cable installation operations on an offshore project in the Mediterranean Sea.

The engineer will play a key role in the technical preparation and offshore supervision, in coordination with the project team and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:

• Verification of specific equipment readiness

• Offshore support and participation in rotations

• Technical follow-up and mission reporting

Profile:

• Engineering degree or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of experience on offshore fiber optic cable projects

• Strong knowledge of cable laying operations

• Confirmed offshore experience

• Fluent in English (mandatory), Greek is a plus

• Available from November to March – rotational work with back-to-back
