Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Saturdays: Mandatory | 5:00 AM–1:30 PM

We are currently hiring a Chemical Operator/Batchmaker to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring high-quality production by accurately adding raw materials to mixers according to batch sheets, maintaining safety and quality standards, and supporting daily operations in a manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Follow daily production schedules as assigned by the supervisor.
- Safely handle, weigh, and batch raw materials according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform quality control sampling and ensure batches meet required specifications.
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces, following housekeeping standards throughout the facility.
- Accurately record inventory movements and batch data.
- Communicate closely with supervisors and quality control technicians during production runs.
- Support general labor tasks and assist with the training of new team members as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, company policies, and operating procedures.
- Report any equipment issues or deviations to the supervisor promptly.
Skills and Experience:
- 1+ year of experience in batch making or chemical production .
- Comfortable working with chemicals and following detailed processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Experience reading and following SOPs.
- Solid math skills for measuring, weighing, and batching tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Clear understanding of lock-out/tag-out procedures and hazard communication policies.
- Ability to understand and comply with all safety signage and written/verbal instructions.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to safely lift up to 70 lbs.
- Stand, walk, reach, climb, stoop, and kneel for extended periods.
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks under varying temperature conditions.
- 20/20 vision (corrected if necessary) and clear hearing/speaking ability required.
