We're looking for a C++ Software Architect to drive the design and development of next-gen Command & Control architectures. This is a hands-on role ideal for a proactive engineer with a passion for real-time systems and high-integrity software.



What you'll need:



Strong software engineering background

Expertise in C++ and architecture modelling

Experience with real-time, multi-threaded systems

Knowledge of safety-critical standards (DefStan 00-55, DO-178C, MISRA C++)

Bonus: Ada, QT, or experience across the full dev lifecycle
