We are seeking an experienced Buyer to support procurement activities for large-scale semiconductor construction and engineering projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization and play a key role in sourcing materials, equipment, and supplies that support critical infrastructure projects.

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 annually (Negotiable for highly qualified candidates)

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase electrical materials, equipment, and construction-related supplies.
• Obtain quotes, negotiate pricing, and manage vendor relationships.
• Issue purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure project timelines are met.
• Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor inventory levels and support procurement planning.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of purchasing or procurement experience in the electrical, construction, industrial, or engineering industries.
• Experience sourcing electrical materials, equipment, and construction-related supplies strongly .
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with purchasing systems and Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin Chinese but not required.
