ob Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Buyer/Planner to support our global procurement operations under the Winter project. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with a foundational understanding of supply chain or procurement processes and a strong interest in growing within the field.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage global communication with indirect suppliers, including Purchase Order (PO) or delivery confirmations, receipt acknowledgements or invoice resolution
•Supplier contact database updates
•Coordination of PO cutovers and legal entity changes
•Work with PO reports, supplier databases, and open indirect transactions
•Ensure data accuracy and timely updates across procurement systems
•Follow established procedures and guidelines to complete tasks
•Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve issues

•Place PRs or confirm GR as per project requirements
•Check GR/IR and invoices, lead supplier creation in database
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field ()
•Min 2 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related area
•Familiarity with procurement systems and supplier databases is a plus
•Strong communication and organizational skills
•Ability to work under immediate supervision and follow detailed instructions
•Experience working with SAP/ ERPs or iValua/ Coupa
