Job Description

Role: Business Systems Analyst

Contract: 6 months | On-site (Central London, 5 days per week) |

Day Rate: Up to £400/Day Inside IR35

Start Date: ASAP

Overview

We’re looking for a Systems Integration & Reporting Specialist to support and enhance the integration of SAP, TM1, and Power BI systems within a fast-paced environment. This role will play a key part in delivering transformation projects, improving system performance, and ensuring data-driven decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities

In a nutshell, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and supporting the maintenance and integration of SAP, TM1, and Power BI systems.
• Acting as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver key transformation projects.
• Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards aligned with business requirements.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for SAP, TM1, and Power BI-related issues.
• Conducting system analysis to identify areas for improvement and enhance efficiency.
• Developing and maintaining documentation for system processes and user training.
• Leading process improvement initiatives across the organisation.
• Training and supporting end-users in analytical tools and data interpretation.

Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP, including implementation and support.
• Technical expertise with TM1 and Power BI, particularly in analytics and dashboard creation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Previous exposure to the FMCG industry is advantageous.
