We are currently seeking an ideal candidate for the position of Business Systems Analyst (3+ years) (Intermediate Level) to support a high-impact staff augmentation project with Fairfax County, Virginia. This position is conditional upon contract award expected in September / October 2025. Résumé of successful candidate(s) will be included with our proposal. The requirements are as follows:
- Collect data and understand patterns, trends and development strategies.- Provide assessment and improvement of company systems to ensure that a business works in efficient way.- Provide management on Market Research.- Perform systems analysis and define requirements and specification on Unified Communications, that includes Voice, Video, 911 and Computer Systems solutions.- Identify areas of improvement and best practices with users, project team members or senior managers on new technologies and existing software/hardware platforms for organizational needs.- Write up technical requirements and processes.- Provide training and support to users and staff.
