1. Strong understanding of practical metrics and supporting business areas to seamlessly integrate and monitor metrics
2. Knowledge of Lean tools and expertise in PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodology for iterative problem-solving and process refinement
3. Experience guiding organizations in documenting ROI
4. Ability to craft research plans, white papers, and synthesize research outcome reports
5. Skill in developing clear, digestible summaries and infographics for executive and broad audience communication

Codeworks, LLC discloses that the anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $60 and $65. This range is subject to change based on job-related factors, including client requirements where applicable.
