Business Process Manager OTC – Warehousing and Inventory Control

You can innovate, grow and discover in a place where you can thrive.Responsibilities of the position include:Responsible for the development, documentation, and implementation of global workstream processes to enable value realization for the global ERP & associated boundary applications.Coordinate and synchronize with PCG, GSC, CBG and Finance requirements to ensure the global design contains all required specific global functions.Create user stories that define stakeholder needs and are aligned to business processes.Ensure adherence to the global processes during system design, configuration, and system testing.Align with respective global product owners to ensure the applications provide a fit-for-purpose solution that aligns to both the capabilities of the cloud and the requirements of the business. Provide insight and recommendations to the global business product owners when business requirements will not be met within the standard ERP functionality. Focus areas will be:Warehousing and inventory maintenance tasks (Receiving, Put-away, Inventory Transfers, Rework, Case/Pallet/Bulk Picking, Cycle Counting, Replenishment, Shipping & Logistics, in both raw material and finished good environments.Alignment with regulatory requirements including transportation and storage of raw materials and finished goods.Data and reporting.Develop and lead a cross functional team responsible for process development/harmonization, process documentation, and user training using our best-practice process documentation tools.Responsible for the development of, synchronization of, and/or assisting with continuous improvement for financial and supply chain processes for locations globally.Assist in developing global policies and procedures for key business processes to ensure strong internal controls.Lead, execute, and/or support continuous improvement projects that deliver business results.Identify and implement warehousing & logistics solutions and tools with an emphasis on efficiency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement.Stay informed on the latest SW standards and methods.Stay informed on the latest system updates that will impact existing processes.Adjust documented processes as needed either due to continuous improvement projects, system changes, or operational requirements. This position will assist in the training and development of key users within the Cloud ERP implementations.Provide support during and after the implementations.Develop, maintain, and refine training documentation.This position will assist our change management partners to effectively communicate up-stream and down-stream impacts to process changes. Develop and maintains strong working relationships across all related functional teams and at our plant/manufacturing locations. Coordinate strong communications between all related functional teams and at our plant/manufacturing locations. Communications such as (but not limited to):Documentation of processes & any related changes to those processes. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (project and business) on issues/concerns for upcoming process changes.SharePoint (or any company-wide site where content management happens) updates, content development, linking of other SharePoint sites, etc.Coordination of training and training documentation.Participate in on-site implementation activities and project ceremonies; trips could include process-gathering, training, and go-live implementations, etc.POSITION REQUIREMENTSFour-year degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, or other business-related field or 12 years relevant supply chain experience.5 years of experience in Logistics, Warehousing, Manufacturing, and/or Supply Chain operations and systems. Have large project and/or system implementation experience.Knowledge of ERP operating systems, tools, and databases.Prior experience with computer software such as Oracle, AWCS, AOM, etc., and demonstrated understanding of supply chain systems.Throughout tenure has experience in the following:Strong written and oral communications skills especially in relaying ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.Demonstrated leadership with continuous improvement & knowledge of continuous improvement tools.Capable of teaching technical concepts to a wide array of talent levels.Demonstrated communication and presentation skills.Strong problem-solving skills.Demonstration of strong decision-making skills while carefully considering the business impact.Proven ability to partner with others and earn their trust to ensure meeting the team's goals.Have the ability and the initiative to quickly learn as well as research new concepts, ideas, technologies, and tools.Demonstrable analytical thinking, organization, and problem-solving skills.Ability to lead projects, facilitate meetings, and follow up on action items.Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment and to lead and influence cross-organizationally with and without direct authority.Ability to effectively move forward on tasks even with ambiguous or changing requirements.Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.Exceptional ability and initiative to learn and research new concepts, ideas, and technologies quickly.Exhibit ability to conduct research into applications.Exceptional systems/process orientation with demonstrated analytical thinking, organization skills, and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of project planning and management procedures, practices, and techniquesExhibit superior communication and negotiating skills to effectively review efficient improvements with all levels of key executives, division management and control/budget level managers.Ability to travel 40% of the timePreferred:Six Sigma Green Belt & Lean Certification.***Please be aware that you can apply for any internal job offer after minimum one year in current role having previously informed your manager.Please read the guidelines before handing in your application All internal employees when applying for a role are required to upload their updated and their last 2 appraisals (which can be retrieved from HR Cloud).
