Delavan Holdings is hiring a Business Process Analyst to identify inefficiencies, improve workflows, and implement practical solutions across a diversified, multi-entity organization.
This is a hands-on, business-facing role. You’ll work directly with operational teams to understand how work gets done today, identify where it breaks down, and implement improvements using process redesign, automation, and modern tools (including AI where appropriate).
This is not a purely technical or IT role—we are looking for someone who understands business operations and can drive real-world change.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate current workflows across departments to identify inefficiencies and gaps
- Redesign and implement improved processes that reduce manual work and increase speed
- Partner with business leaders and end users to understand challenges and drive adoption
- Translate operational needs into practical solutions using automation, AI tools, or system improvements
- Document workflows clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Lead training sessions and working sessions with end users
- Track impact of changes and continuously refine processes
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, process improvement, or similar
- Strong ability to understand how businesses operate and where value is gained or lost
- Proven experience improving workflows or implementing process changes
- Experience working directly with stakeholders and end users (not just behind the scenes)
- Strong communication skills—ability to explain concepts clearly to non-technical teams
- Comfortable working across multiple departments and priorities
- Experience using tools like ChatGPT, automation platforms, or workflow tools to solve business problems
Nice to Have
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience with automation tools (Power Automate, Zapier, Make, etc.)
- Background in multi-location or multi-entity organizations
- Experience with reporting or BI tools (Power BI, etc.)
Work Environment
- This is an onsite role based in Delavan, WI
- Regular interaction with business leaders and end users is required
- Not a remote position
