The Business Planner will play a key role in managing order processing, scheduling, inventory control, and operational coordination within a manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the processing and scheduling of customer orders.

  • Schedule and supervise operating units.

  • Manage and control work-in-process and finished goods inventory.

  • Arrange for shipment of orders, coordinating quality assurance and operations release.

  • Interact with and supervise salaried and union-represented personnel.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in accounting, business administration, finance, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, marketing, operations management, or a related field.

  • 25 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as necessary.

  • Ability to travel for meetings, training, and related activities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various levels of management.

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Manufacturing and operating experience .
