The Business Planner will play a key role in managing order processing, scheduling, inventory control, and operational coordination within a manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities

Manage the processing and scheduling of customer orders.

Schedule and supervise operating units.

Manage and control work-in-process and finished goods inventory.

Arrange for shipment of orders, coordinating quality assurance and operations release.

Interact with and supervise salaried and union-represented personnel.
Requirements

Bachelors degree in accounting, business administration, finance, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, marketing, operations management, or a related field.

25 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as necessary.

Ability to travel for meetings, training, and related activities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various levels of management.

Excellent planning and organizational skills.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
