Business Performance Specialist

Remuneration Package Per Month: $35,000 - $42,000 per month

The Senior Business Performance Specialist is responsible for identifying Asset business performance requirements bearing in mind the company strategic objectives and preparation of Asset performance evaluation, monitoring and setting of KPIs.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out Asset business performance planning activities and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver the organization Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across all levels of asset operations.
• Take ownership to coordinate with organization teams to deploy and cascade the approved KPIs and monitor their impact.
• Coordinate monthly Finance & Operations review report preparation in collaboration with Finance and functional management teams.
• Prepare management summaries, reports, and presentations executive management and stakeholders.
• Continuous enhancements in business performance processes and workflows to optimize the Asset's value contribution.
• Mentors less experienced company co-workers, develop capabilities of team members and inculcate a learning and development culture together with coaching, mentoring and succession planning.
• Ensures good service quality.

Qualification & Certification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
• 17 years as Asset Business Planner.
• Strong understanding of petroleum exploration, development and production activities.
• Familiarization with Production Sharing Contracts, Joint Operating Agreements, Offtake Agreements, business drivers and well developed analytical skills.
• Good communication, interpersonal and people management skills

Salary & Package:

The position offers a competitive salary of $35,000 - $42,000 per month, which is inclusive of all benefits.
