Job Description

Contract Design is a growing commercial furniture and interiors firm serving healthcare, higher education, government, and commercial clients. As our project volume and complexity increase, we are strengthening our internal infrastructure to support sustainable growth.

We are seeking a Business Operations Manager to build and oversee the company’s administrative and compliance foundation.

What You’ll Own

• Employment documentation and HR administrative processes
• Compliance filings (including SAM.gov and related registrations)
• IT and software vendor coordination
• Vendor contracts and renewals
• Office and warehouse administrative logistics
• Documentation systems and internal standards
• Administrative follow-through and compliance tracking

• Creates organized, scalable infrastructure
• Builds clarity and consistency across documentation and vendor management
• Reduces administrative interruption to leadership
• Strengthens internal systems to support growth
