Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our Business Operations Services team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional departments to analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support strategic objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including IT, finance, and human resources, to gather requirements, align objectives, and ensure successful implementation of process improvements.Vintti

Project Support: Assist in the planning and execution of operational projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a business analysis or operations role, preferably within a service-oriented environment.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI. Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems is a plus.Together SC

Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
