Business Development Specialist/Program Coordinator
Division: Central Product Engineering
Location: Gaydon, Warwickshire
Salary: £29,000 (Initial 12m Contract with extension likely)
Nixor are proud to be working with one of the most recognisable luxury Automotive brands in the UK, and around the world. They currently have a great opportunity for individuals to complement their Engineering Operations division.
Join a dynamic team with the Product Engineering Central Business Office and be at the forefront of various project processes and improvements within the Body/Chassis Engineering Function, including recruitment, meeting business objectives and product directives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Coordination: Manage and coordinate all recruitment processes within the Body/Chassis Engineering Function, ensuring seamless onboarding of new talent.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including directors, fostering positive relationships.
- Timely Processing: Ensure recruitment requests are processed promptly in line with business requirements, meeting team deadlines and objectives.
- Budget Alignment: Work towards business objectives while adhering to budget requirements, contributing to the company's future success.
- Support and Leadership: Offer guidance and support to engineers and the leadership team, enhancing team effectiveness.
- PDL Coordination: Oversee the Product Direction Letters (PDLs) across Body Chassis, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Experience Needed:
- Workload Management: Experience in workload management in demanding environments.
- Clear Communication: Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Data Management: Experience in data collection, management, and statistical analysis of large datasets.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Prioritize customer experience, ensuring personalized, transparent, and reliable interactions.
- Results-Driven: Proven ability to deliver operational plans in complex, high-demanding environments.
- Strategic Planning: Ability to balance short-term focus with medium-term planning.
- Stakeholder Management: Confidence in dealing with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
- Recruitment Experience: Experience in recruitment, from an engineering or administrative perspective.
- Business Process Management Software: Familiarity with business process management software, such as SAP.
